To supervise and check all the Zone’s cadres to make sure that they implement the Party Constitution and other Party regulations, observe and enforce Party’s line, principles, policies and decisions as well as national laws and regulations; organize and coordinate important supervision and check activities; handle report of misconduct of the Zone’s cadres (including the leading group and cadres in Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department), except the cadres within the Zone’s Committee; make preliminary check of the clues to the problems and the examination of cases and offer suggestions to solve the problems; organize the Zone’s internal assessment work and various supervision and check work and coordinate the whole city’s annual performance assessment work to the Zone.
