On December 5, 2016, XTCBZ held special meeting, which was presided by Zhu Youhong, Deputy Secretary of Party Working Committee of Xiangtan Economic and Technological Development Zone and Director of the Management Committee of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, to announce decisions on appointment and dismissal of some members of XTCBZ, and specify the roles and responsibilities for the members of Working Committee and Management Committee.
Members of Working Committee and Management Committee of XTCBZ, and leaders of various departments attended the meeting.
According to arrangement of Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee, Wu Shiyuan serves as Secretary of Working Committee of XTCBZ and Deputy Director of Management Committee of XTCBZ, Zhou Wenbing serves as Member of Working Committee of XTCBZ and Deputy Director of Management Committee of XTCBZ, and Chen Zhu serves as Member of Working Committee of XTCBZ and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Working Committee of XTCBZ. The meeting clearly set roles and responsibilities for members of Working Committee and Management Committee.
Three new leaders delivered speeches in the meeting, in which they promised to earnestly perform their responsibilities, cooperate with each other and better accomplish their work under the leadership of Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, active action of Working Committee and Management Committee of XTCBZ, and based on good foundation of XTCBZ. Mr. Zhu referred that the joining of new members was the reflection of close attention of Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on XTCBZ, and determination to build XTCBZ into an open and development highland, as well as important measures to optimize leading team, and we would unite each other and make great efforts to build XTCBZ into a top comprehensive bonded zone in line with requirements of Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
