Industry Transfer Promotion Center (Shanghai) of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China is an industry transfer promotion organization approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, it is dedicated to helping each region "optimize the environment to attract outside investment and talents", promoting international industry and eastern coastal industry to transfer to central and western regions, speeding up the joint development of eastern and western regions and further promoting the rapid economic development of central and western regions.
