To formulate financial support policies encouraging the development of key industries and plans for enterprise informatization construction within the Zone; be responsible for the comprehensive investigation and statistics compiling of the Zone’s economy; apply for national, provincial and municipal funded construction projects and other major construction projects; cooperate with provincial and municipal governments and related departments in the implementation of the preferential policies in the Zone; take charge of the introduction of domestic and foreign capital and projects; be responsible for the tracking, inspection, coordination and service work of each project’s progress; manage the work concerning intellectual property.
