National Inspection and Quarantine Departments Stop Collecting Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Fees from Today

In order to lighten the burden on enterprises, and promote the development of the real economy, national inspection and quarantine departments, in line with the requirements of Notice of Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) on Implementing the Decision of Canceling or Stopping Collecting Four Kinds of Administrative Charges (AQSIQ No. [2017] 140, stop collecting entry-exit inspection and quarantine fees from April 1, 2017, i.e., stopping collection administrative entry-exit inspection and quarantine fees for entry-exit persons, goods, transportation tools, containers and other inspection and quarantine items accepted for handling since April 1. It is estimated that a total of about RMB110,000 fees will be reduced for enterprises in Comprehensive Bonded Zone in 2017.
