After the "two-in-one certificate" implementation, export enterprises can directly obtain the qualification of the enterprise of origin after filing of foreign trade operators.

Production enterprises that do not file for foreign trade operators may apply to the customs for filing of enterprise of origin and obtain the certificate through the "Internet + Customs".
