Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone actively docked with Li Haihai, director and professor of the Institute of Regional and Industrial Studies of Xiangtan University's School of Business, and conducted in-depth exchanges on issues related to strengthening cooperation and mutual development with Xiangtan University.
On the morning of October 29, Zhou Wenbing, member of the Party Working Committee deputy director of the Management Committee of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, led the person in charge of the Economic Development and Investment Promotion Bureau and related office personnel to the Business School of Xiangtan University to meet with Professor Li Haihai face to face. Li Haihai said that Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone had developed well in recent years. He hopes to establish a long-term exchange and cooperation mechanism with the Comprehensive Bonded Zone and conduct in-depth cooperation in such aspects as university student internships, mutual visits, project investment invitation, and topic research, which will enhance the “innovation leading, opening and rising” strategy, improve Xiangtan's outward-oriented economy, and promote the deep economic and social integration between the campus and the locality.
Zhou Wenbing pointed out that Professor Li Haihai's suggestions are very valuable and will play a positive role in promoting the development of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Xiangtan's outward-oriented economy in terms of industrial development, investment promotion, talent introduction, and scientific research.
